It takes place on Tuesday 27th September at 3pm BST/5pm Baghdad time and it will be off the record.\nOur key speaker is Luay al-Khatteeb (PhD). He is an honorary professor at the University of Exeter and a Distinguished Fellow at the Centre on Global Energy Policy at Columbia University. Former Minister of Electricity and member of the Federal Energy Council – Republic of Iraq.
