NCF’s Research Officer, Shamsa Hussain submitted her Oral statement to the 46th session of the UNHCR in March 2021. Shamsa highlights the continued unfolding crisis in Idlib caused by the continued vetoing and abstention of UN resolutions by UN Security Council Members, that prevent the supply of emergency life saving food to the North West regions of Syria
