On 18th June, Mr. Vivian Wineman will be embarking on a cycling journey from London to Brighton to fundraise for the Next Century Foundation and its ongoing efforts in promoting conflict resolution and reconciliation.

About Vivian Wineman

Wineman is a trustee for the Next Century Foundation (NCF) and has a professional background as a commercial lawyer. He is the former President of the Board of Deputies of British Jews. He assumed the position of president of the Board of Deputies on 17 May 2009.

Wineman has demonstrated a particular interest in inter-faith initiatives. In July 2007, he became the vice-chair of the Inter Faith Network for the UK, which acts as the umbrella organisation for inter-faith groups and national faith bodies operating in the UK. Subsequently, on 1 July 2013, he was elected co-chair. Prior to this, Vivian Wineman served as joint chair of Peace Now and as chair of the New Israel Fund of Great Britain.

About the Next Century Foundation

The NCF focuses on facilitating dialogue between different communities, nations, and stakeholders, seeking to bridge divides and promote peaceful resolutions to conflicts.
