Membership of the NCF will enable you to:

Receive all NCF confidential briefings

As a member you will be entitled to read all NCF analyses and confidential briefings. NCF posts regular briefings on issues as they arise. Currently, we are working on a special report on Israel-Palestine which looks at the status of the peace process, were negotiations to resume. These are the types of analyses and briefings you can expect to receive as a NCF member, which would be shared as and when it is relevant. You would also receive regular e-mail updates concerning private, and more discreet meetings, which are focused on crisis situations we’re trying to resolve. All members would also have access to the minutes of our working groups through the members portal.

Access reports issued by the Secretary-General

Our Secretary-General William Morris, regularly puts out reports on ongoing confidential work. For example reports concerning the teams that were sent into Baghdad to cover the Iraq elections. These sorts of confidential reports are the type of information which would be uniquely available to you as a member.  As a member, you would also have special unlimited access to in progress reports which are being prepared for the UN, such as the Universal Periodic Review on Human Rights, which we are currently preparing submissions for.

Join all working group meetings hosted by NCF

The NCF currently hosts three regular working group meetings on topics such as Syria, Yemen, and Bahrain. These working groups occur on a three-week rotational basis. Our working group meetings are usually between 1.5-2 hours and are open to all our NCF members. We regularly update our members via e-mail about when these groups take place. The goal of each of our working groups is to promote peace via open and inclusive dialogue. This is done through bringing in and engaging various voices on the respective topics and thus representing all sides in complex conflict issues.
